The Beach Club is open 7 days a week. Please note that certain areas may be closed in case of bad weather. Opens 1 h after the opening of our premises and closes in the evening.

– If you recently had a massage therapy and forgot to ask for your receipt or misplaced it, fill out this form.
– Purchasing an e-ticket is not mandatory for the thermal experience (episode, full-day, twilight or evening). You may simply show up at the front desk to access our facilities.
– If you took advantage of our Holiday offer in 2022 and still have promotional tickets giving you access to the spa experience for free, you can use them by simply presenting them at the reception during your visit. See the validity calendar for more details.
– If you took advantage of our Holiday offer in 2021 and still have promotional tickets giving you access to the spa experience for free, these are not valid anymore. The last valid date to use them was on December 16, 2022. No extension is possible.
