Our opening hours vary during holidays and high season periods.
Purchasing an e-ticket is not mandatory for the thermal experience (episode, full-day, twilight or evening). You may simply show up at the front desk to access our facilities.
Plan to bring your bathing suit and flip-flops

Clients must be 14 years of age or older. Clients of 14 or 15 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult. One adult per person of 14-15 years old. ID required to validate.
